Because most pieces are confirmed personally, the final quote, shipping route, certificate note, and payment method are agreed with you before dispatch. These are the working terms we follow for online enquiries.
Ready pieces are packed after payment confirmation and final address check. Delivery timing depends on destination, courier route, customs checks, and whether the item needs special packing.
For one-of-one handmade pieces, returns are reviewed case by case. Please report transit damage, wrong item concerns, or material discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery with photos and packaging details.
We use your name, phone, email, address, selected piece code, quote, and payment reference only to answer enquiries, match payments, arrange shipping, and support aftercare.
Prices are shared privately because availability, currency, size, and shipping requirements can change. A payment should be made only after the exact serial code and quote are confirmed by The Kashmir Knot.
